Ghost Ship made its official debut during the 2014 edition of Amsterdam Light Festival, to the delight of the tourist in the canal cruise boats. The still waters between the ARCAM Amsterdam Centre for Architecture and the Scheepvaartmuseum were its home for the entire 2 months of the festival.
It was during this time that the Ghost Ship attainted international recognition and a substantial amount of press from a variety of outlets including Designboom, This Is Colossal, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! and the Discovery Channel.
